User Management consists of the following common objects which are currently used across all SmartSolve© solutions: SmartAuditTM, SmartCAPATM, and SmartComplaintsTM. The following Setup objects are grouped within User Management:

User Management can be configured from within any Organization and functions as follows:
The following Rights must be assigned to a user to manage or view User Management:

User Management is located under Setup. When first entering the console, the administrator is sent directly to the Users folder which contains all Internal Actors, Persons, and Contacts that currently exist in the system. This is typically where administrators go to add new Users, or modify existing ones (i.e., to add Roles and/or Rights to the Users, etc.).
From the Portal Page, click Smart Solutions tab > Admin and Report > Setup. The User Management section is displayed.
